At Mode Lash & Beauty, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Beauty Salon.

OUR GUARANTEE

At Mode Lash & Beauty, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of and that you enjoy all aspects of your treatment with us.

Please remove any make up before your appointment to ensure you get the most out of your time with us.

We take pride in our work and guarantee our work for 3 days if all aftercare steps are followed.

If you have any issues at all, please contact us within 72 hours (3 days) so we can make an appointment to take care of your concerns.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late.

Your appointment time is booked specifically for you. If you think you are going to be late, please let us know so that we can try our best to accomodate your appointment.

However, depending on timing, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled so that we continue to run on time for our next client.


If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled so our therapists can provide you with the best quality work.

For first time clients, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete a new client consent form.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Things come up, we understand completely, but if for any reason, you need to cancel or change your appointment with us, please do so ASAP so that we can offer your appointment time to someone on our waitlist.

Email reminders are sent out 3 days prior to your appointment and confirmation texts are sent out the day before.

Failure to give us less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% late cancellation fee.

Failure to attend at all, or 'no-showing', will result in a 100% cancellation fee which will be invoiced to you.

 

PAYMENTS

All appointments with a duration over 60 minutes will require a 50% non-refundable booking deposit at the time of booking.

This will come off the total upon completion of the service.


This deposit is transferrable to a future appointment if there has been 24 hours or more notice given.

Deposits can be paid online via PayPal, over the phone or in salon.

We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and Afterpay in salon.

All services must be paid for in full upon completion of your appointment.
