As a highly qualified therapist, Kendall brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team with over 12 years experience in the hair & beauty industry.

Kendall saw the need for more high quality lash and brow services in the Launceston area and in 2018, Mode was born.

Kendall regularly attends conferences and trainings to expand her skills and knowledge so that as a team we are are always providing up-to-date, high quality services.

Ebony holds her Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy, joining us in 2023 after a lengthy career in the customer service industry.

Ebony’s infectious smile and caring nature creates a comfortable and welcoming approach to her client’s lash and brow experience.

Her perfectionism, attention to detail and dedication to impeccable customer service are just some of the reasons her client’s return, time and time again.

Grace joined the Mode team in March 2026, after completing her Certificate II in Retail Cosmetics at Launceston College.

At just 18 years old, Grace has always known she wanted to work in beauty from a young age and it shows in everything she does.

An eager and fast learner with a friendly, approachable nature, Grace has hit the ground running since day one.

She is passionate about lash artistry, and her classic sets are already a testament to her precision and dedication.
