To make the most of your appointment, we kindly ask that you come makeup-free. This way, we can focus on giving you the absolute best results!

We take great pride in our work, and we're so confident in it that we offer a 3-day guarantee, as long as you follow our aftercare advice.

But hey, we're only human, and sometimes things might come up. If any concerns arise, just reach out to us within 72 hours (3 days), and we'll be quick to set up an appointment to address them.

late arrivals

We know life gets busy, and sometimes you might run a little late.

Don't worry, we've got you covered! Just let us know if you're running behind, and we'll do our best to accommodate your appointment.

However, to stay on schedule for our next lovely client, we might need to adjust or reschedule if necessary.

To provide you with the best experience, we kindly ask new clients to arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete a consent form.

cancellations

Life happens, and we totally get it! If you ever need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, just let us know as soon as possible. This way, we can offer your spot to someone on our waitlist, and they'll be over the moon!

To keep you in the loop, we'll send you email reminders three days before your appointment, and confirm your visit with a text 48 hours before.

Just a friendly heads up, if you need to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% late cancellation fee will apply.

And of course, we hate to see an empty lash bed, so if you miss your appointment without giving us a heads up, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

payment options

For all appointments lasting over 60 minutes, we kindly request a 50% non-refundable booking deposit at the time of booking.

Don't worry; this deposit will be deducted from the total once your service is complete.

If plans change and you give us 24 hours' notice, the deposit is transferable to a future appointment, so you won't miss out.

We've got your convenience in mind! You can pay the deposit online via Stripe, our secure payment gateway, over the phone, or right here in the salon.

As for payment options in the salon, we've got you covered with cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and Afterpay. Easy peasy!

Lastly, we ask that you please settle the full payment upon completion of your appointment.
